  4. 750 grams cake flour
  5. 500 grams vegetable shortening
  6. 250 ml water
  7. 15 grams salt
  8. 30 grams brown sugar
  9. Mix flour and shortening and rub until mealy or pea size nuggets
  10. Mix in cold water, and blend, let rest dust with hard flour
  11. Roll out dough and let rest before filling
  12. Once filled bake at 400*F until brown
  13. Apple filling for Crumble
  14. Amount Ingredient -- Preparation Method
  15. 1500 grams apples -- spy
  16. 10 ml lemon juice
  17. 125 grams brown sugar
  18. 125 grams sugar
  19. 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  20. 80 grams butter
  21. 30 grams brown sugar
  22. 40 grams oat flakes
  23. 50 grams cornstarch
  24. 2 medium eggs -- for eggwash
  25. Peel and slice apples add lemon
  26. Blend sugar starch and cinnamon add to apple mixture
  27. Fill shell and mix butter oats and brown sugar, top.
  28. Fold over edges and bake with an egg wash at 400*F or until golden brown
